Our Purpose
Texas A&M Consulting Group (TACG) is a student-organized group that aims to service and improve the operational integrity of locally-based Texas A&M organizations involved in on-campus activities, as well as small businesses operating in the surrounding community. By focusing on strategic planning and effective methods of organizational change - for short-term or long-term needs - we create innovative and effective solutions for our clients.
Professional Development
Texas A&M Consulting Group offers elite professional development platforms for its members. Newly selected analysts can expect a robust training program through the first semester of membership to develop skills in various concentrations within consulting. Underclassmen are also introduced to interview preparation programs, including an emphasis on case-studies and technical structures as a launchpad for internships within the industry.
Further experienced consultants make up teams based on a preferences, goals, and skillset to partner with our clients. During our semester engagements, our consultants directly work on projects with clients ranging from student organizations to tech-based startups to address operational challenges and opportunities.
